APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - The Trout Museum of Art reopens on Saturday at a new location on the corner of Drew Street and College Avenue in downtown Appleton. It’s in a new 30,000 square-foot building.
Inside the new Trout Museum of Art attendees will be able to discover pieces by over 50 different artists, all having a tie to the state of Wisconsin.
From interactive pieces that you can touch to something like this monumental glass still-life from Beth Lipman, an internationally known artist living in Sheboygan Falls.
“Everything is so intricate and detailed, and the amount of detail that she puts into her installations is insane. And to see her install it for a week and like intricately place every piece was amazing to watch,” said Ashley Acker, Marketing Manager at Trout Museum of Art.
