MONTGOMERY, Ala. —

A juvenile is under arrest for charges related to the shooting that killed 2 people and injured 12 on October 4.

Police said the juvenile male faces charges including:

one count of capital murder

nine counts of assault in the first degree

three counts of assault in the second degree

He is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.

Police said in a news conference on Tuesday that they believe there will be several arrests in this case.
