JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Two men have been arrested on drug trafficking and other charges after narcotics detectives investigated reports of a drug house in Jefferson County in Sept. 2025.
On Thursday, Sept. 25, narcotics detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office - as part of Operation Guardian Sweep - were in the area of Highway 269 and McDonalds Chapel Road.
While there, detectives said they witnessed a car that failed to signal a lane change. That’s when they pulled the car over for a traffic stop.
Detectives said that traffic stop resulted in the arrest of two men and the seizure of narcotics. They said it also aided them with information to obtain a search warrant for a home in the 3300 block of Bond Avenue.
