A talented make-up artist from Greater Manchester posted a warning about the dangers of nitrous oxide on social media days before her death.

Amy Louise Leonard, 20, from Bolton , shared a video recorded in the back of an ambulance on September 29.

She said she had been left unable to walk for three weeks because of her misuse of the drug, known as laughing gas.

In her final post, Amy - known to loved ones as Amy Lou - urged others to 'put your balloons down' as she explained the devastating effect it had had on her.l
