49ers reveal brutal injury updates ahead of Week 6 vs. Buccaneers

The San Francisco 49ers released their injury report on Friday afternoon for their Week 6 matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers , and 49ers fans may want to look away.

The 49ers continue to be banged up for yet another week. Two of San Francisco's three quarterbacks on the roster, and their top two receivers are on the injury report again, and that doesn't account for tight end George Kittle, who's missed the last four games.

Quarterback Brock Purdy and receiver Ricky Pearsall have both been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, and quarterback Mac Jones and receiver Jauan Jennings are both questionable, according to Ari Meirov .
