It may not be a given that the roof at Rogers Centre will be open for Games 1 and 2 of the ALCS with cloudy weather in store for Thanksgiving weekend in Toronto.

Friday is expected to be mainly sunny with a high of 18 C and winds gusting at 40 kilometres per hour. Clouds are likely to arrive at night and stick around Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, according to Environment Canada .
