TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - We first met Marie Anne Luber cooling off in the fountain at Cascades Park on a hot summer day.

She told us she had just wrapped up her Meals on Wheels route on her bike.

It turns out, there’s a whole group of cyclists that deliver “Meals on 2 Wheels” every week.

This week, WCTV had a chance to ride along!

These Meals on Wheels volunteers come ready with coolers, jerseys, and helmets.

The Capital City Cyclists have been delivering Meals on Wheels to seniors in Tallahassee for more than 10 years.

They call it Meals on 2 Wheels.

The cyclists load up hot and cold meals in their trailers and head out.

“It works very well when we have lots of food,” one cyclist said with a laugh as she zipped up her trailer.
