SAC COUNTY, Iowa (KCAU) — Scarecrow festivals and pumpkin-related events are pretty common this time of year, but one Siouxland community is putting a new 'face' on the Halloween traditions.

Downtown Odebolt, Iowa, is now home to dozens of skeletons. You can find them everywhere, from a park bench to hanging off of business signs.

For years, this community of around 1,000 people has decorated the town square for Christmas, so why not Halloween? Odebolt Betterment Committee member Renee Bengford said that she got the idea after watching the Disney show Halloween Town with her kids.
