The Los Angeles Police Department issued a Silver Alert Friday in hopes of finding an at-risk 66-year-old woman with dementia and a brain injury more quickly.

Nicia Jerri Alcivar Golf was last seen about 5:40 a.m. Friday at her Panorama City home, in the 7800 block of Clarfield Avenue, according to an LAPD release.

Golf’s family is worried because she suffers from dementia and a brain injury that makes her unable to speak, police said.

Golf is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 190 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and facial hair, wearing a blue sweatshirt and blue sweatpants.
