Mexico's preparations for the World Cup continue on Saturday when it hosts Colombia at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The friendly will be another major test for El Tri after they drew against Japan and South Korea in the September international window.

Coming in at 13th in the FIFA rankings, Colombia is the highest-ranked team Mexico has faced since taking on Brazil in June 2024.

Colombia is also preparing for the World Cup next summer after clinching qualification last month. After missing out in 2022, Los Cafeteros have now qualified for three of the past four World Cups.

Mexico will close out the October window with a friendly against Ecuador on Tuesday in Guadalajara.
