We're getting a new look at what Pennsylvania interchanges will look like, without toll booths. It's part of the plan to introduce Open Road Tolling along the entire Turnpike and northeast extension. The sprawling Valley Forge Interchange slims down, and Willow Grove gets a whole makeover. Drivers can expect new traffic patterns until work wraps up sometime next year.
