Rookie Collin Murray-Boyles exited the game with a bruised right elbow and won’t return, according to Sportsnet’s Michael Grange.
Murray-Boyles had scored four points on 2-of-3 shooting, dishing out one assist and grabbing one rebound before leaving.
It is unclear when the injury happened, but the six-foot-seven forward didn’t check back into the game after being subbed out in the first quarter.
