Almost 30 years ago, Irene Davey dropped her 21-year-old daughter off in the West Australian town of Broome, not knowing it would be the last time they would be together.
Decades on, the Bardi elder from One Arm Point is still fighting for justice.
Her daughter Sara-Lee Davey was last seen on a wharf in Broome in 1997 with navy sailor Richard Edward Dorrough. Her body has never been found.
In 2016 a coronial inquest found Sara-Lee Davey died following a "violent confrontation" with Dorrough on the wharf, but the coroner deemed there was insufficient evidence to conclude he had killed her — a finding Ms Davey does not agree with.
