DENVER (KDVR) — The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office on Friday released new information regarding last month's shooting at Evergreen High School.
The sheriff's office, in a press release, provided a timeline that included the movements of the 16-year-old shooter and the response times from school staff, dispatch and law enforcement to the Sept. 10 shooting. Two students were shot and the shooter died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
"We want to give you the complete picture from that day, and we will as soon as we can. Meanwhile, we can now share a few pieces of information that should help put some of the rumors to rest," said the sheriff's office.
