A murder charge has been filed against a Duluth man who's accused of ramming into his friend with a vehicle and killing him during an argument.
Alexanader Logan Keller, 35, faces an additional charge of unintentional second-degree murder, along with criminal vehicular homicide, in the death of Mathias Turbes.
Turbes, 37, was found dead in the street around 6:30 a.m. Sept. 11 on the 1400 block of 101st Avenue West in the Gary-New Duluth neighborhood.
An amended criminal complaint says "drag marks and a trail of human tissue, blood, and clothing remnants were found on the road leading up to" Turbes' body.
Evidence on the vehicle indicates that Turbes was directly in front of Keller's white SUV when he was hit, run over and dragged, according to prosecutors.
