JAMESTOWN — When you play Watford City you know what is coming.
"They are what they are," Jamestown High School head football coach Bill Nelson said. "Their offense is very difficult to deal with, we knew that coming in.
"Your offensive possessions are going to be limited, even if you can get some stops, they have a distinct size advantage on us up front and it's a hard offense to play with," he said. "You can say it's an old-style offense but if you are moving the sticks and you're effective then congrats to them. They played a great game."
Watford City topped Jamestown 34-21 to move to 4-3 overall and 2-1 in the West Region. Jamestown now sits at 1-6 and 0-3 in conference play. Jamestown will be on the road at top-ranked Minot North next week. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. on Oct. 16. Min
