The Pueblo South Colts hosted the Palmer Terrors to open up their 3A Pikes Peak League action at Dutch Clark Stadium on Friday, Oct. 10.
The Colts (3-2) came into the game after suffering a tough loss at the hands of Pueblo County, whereas the Terrors (0-5) were still searching for their first win of the season.
This game was a quick one as Pueblo South jumped out to an early lead with Landon Cordova hauling in a touchdown pass from Caeden Herrera to open the scoring for the Colts. The next series for Palmer resulted in a fumble that was recovered in the endzone by Chace Hurley.
