The Alabama high school football season in the Montgomery area inched another week closer to the post season with the conclusion of Week 7 on Friday, Oct. 10.

Only three weeks remain in the regular season, meaning there's only three more opportunities for teams on the fringe to make a serious push in regional standings, or teams that are out in front, to solidify a regional title.
