Private equity investments in Indian real estate dropped 15 per cent in the July-September quarter to $819 million amid global uncertainties, says an Anarock report. The private equity inflow stood at $967 million in the period a year period.

During the April-September period of the 2025-26 fiscal year, PE investments fell 15 per cent to $2.2 billion from $2.6 billion in the corresponding period of the preceding financial year.

The steady decline

The share of foreign capital in total investments stood at 73 per cent during the first half of this fiscal.
