Merritt Machinery in Lockport is not ramping down its business, nor is its owner and president, Anna McCann, retiring. The business does more distribution than manufacturing so it is not using all of its space in its building at 10 Simonds St., which is owned by 10 Simonds Holdings. An Oct. 10 business story had incorrect information.
