England is second in the standings with four points from victories over South Africa and Bangladesh. Sri Lanka is second-from-last after losing to India in the eight-nation tournament opener and taking one point after its match against Australia was abandoned without a ball bowled because of rain. England made no changes from its previous game. Sri Lanka added off spinner Dewmi Vihanga to strengthen its spin bowling attack at R. Premadasa Stadium. Seam bowler Achini Kulasuriya misses out.
