A house that sold for $1.4 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Hillsborough between Sep. 22 and Oct. 5.

During the past two weeks, a total of 17 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $703,941, or $334 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 22 to the week of Oct. 5 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $510K, condominium at 892 Robin Road

A sale has been finalized for a condominium at 892 Robin Road in Hillsborough. The price was $510,000. The condo was built in 1985 and the living area totals 1,600 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $319. The deal was finalized on Sep. 5.
