Travelling without a valid ticket is becoming a growing problem for Indian Railways, affecting both passengers and staff. A recent incident involving a mother and her daughter in a First AC coach has brought the issue into the spotlight. Instead of cooperating with the train’s Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE), the duo argued, leading to a heated encounter that was recorded on video and shared online.

The video shows the TTE calmly asking the woman to present a valid ticket, to which she admits, “I don’t have a ticket.” She then explains that she only boarded the train with her daughter to use the bathroom. Meanwhile, the daughter defends their actions, claiming, “My brother is a loco pilot, so I’ll travel in First AC without a ticket.”
