Baripada: In a swift and commendable operation, Baripada Town Police rescued a newborn male child who had been stolen from the Baripada District Headquarters Hospital on Saturday. The infant was safely reunited with his mother later in the evening.
According to reports, the baby was abducted by a woman identified as Parvati Hembram. After hospital staff discovered the child missing, police immediately reviewed CCTV footage, which helped them identify the suspect.
Acting on the leads, a police team conducted a raid in the Baisinga police station area, where the accused was traced and the baby was rescued.
