Since 2019, the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo has connected artists and designers with Pilkington Glass industry professionals for stunning new artworks shown off in the annual exhibition Intersection of Art and Industry.

Intersection connects applications of glass as an artistic medium with their manufacturing processes.

“To bring back the history and to connect Toledo to the glass world again a new, innovative way, like we’ve already done, it’s really important. It’s really special,” said Arts Commission events manager Tess Healy. “It’s just a great way to keep Toledo in people’s minds.”
