A dry and mild weekend is expected across Greater Manchester.
It has been a dry, if overcast, start to today (Saturday, October 11) with sunny spells now breaking out in large parts of the region.
Temperatures are likely to peak at 16C, which is above average for the time of year. There are also unseasonably light winds.
Forecasters expect it to stay much the same ntil early next week, with high pressure expected to keep things 'largely dry and settled'.

According to the Met Office, it will stay dry for the rest of the day and will likely be a clear evening. It might become chillier overnight with temperatures dropping to single figures, around 9C, overnight.
