LAKE FOREST, Ill. (WLS) -- A water main break in north suburban Lake Forest has been repaired, but a boil order remains in effect on Saturday, officials said.

Officials said the break at Waukegan and Westleigh roads caused water pressure levels to drop on Friday, and the boil order is impacting the entire city.

Water pressure returned to normal after crews repaired the break on Saturday, but officials cannot confirm that the water is safe to drink until they receive laboratory test results.

People should boil water for at least three minutes before using it for drinking, cooking or brushing teeth.

Officials said they expect initial test results by early Sunday morning. Based on the test results, the boil order could be lifted
