GREENSBORO, N.C. — North Carolina A&T dropped its homecoming game Saturday, falling 22-16 despite an early lead and a strong first-half performance.
The Aggies jumped ahead 9-0 before halftime, powered by three field goals from kicker Andrew Brown, a West Davidson alumnus, who connected from 43, 55 and 33 yards out. Linebacker Joshua Iseah also came up with a first-half interception to help set the tone defensively.
Southeast Guilford alum Jordan Dollar added a sack in the first half as the Aggies appeared in control heading into the break.
