As part of the US-brokered cease-fire in Gaza, Israel is set to free 250 Palestinians serving prison sentences — possibly as soon as next week.

Israeli officials published the list of prisoners Friday, and while the most popular Palestinian leader — Marwan Barghouti — is not among those set to be released, some notorious terrors are.

They have been convicted of terrorism-related crimes over the past two decades, although they are not believed to be Hamas members involved in the Oct. 7, 2023, attack, according to reports. 9

Among those set to be released are:

Mahmoud Qawasmeh : A 45-year-old senior Hamas member who was released during a 2011 prisoner exchange and then allegedly went on to finance and plan the 2014 kidnapping and murder of three Israeli teenagers in the West Bank
