Prime Minister Narendra Modi has received an official invitation from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to attend the upcoming Gaza Peace Summit, set to be held in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
While Prime Minister Modi will not be attending in person, the Ministry of External Affairs has confirmed that Minister of State Kirti Vardhan Singh will represent India at the high-level summit.
The summit, co-chaired by former US President Donald Trump and President El-Sisi, will host leaders from over 20 countries, including UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Snchez, and French President Emmanuel Macron.
