Ganderbal, Oct 12: Acting tough against rising harassment incidents, Ganderbal Police detained 20 members of the so-called “Self-Made Gang (16/96)” for intimidating tourists and couples at Abdullah Park and nearby areas. SSP Ganderbal Khalil Ahmad Poswal while talking to the media said that the gang filmed couples without consent and blackmailed them. Several offenders were arrested, while police issued helpline numbers for public safety.
