OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - The Oshkosh Police Department investigated several disturbances, two involving firearms, during Pub Crawl Saturday night.

Shortly after 11:00 p.m., Oshkosh Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Scott Avenue and Cherry Street for multiple reports that several males were brandishing firearms and pointing firearms at people in that area. An Oshkosh Officer located one of the suspects.

According to a press release from the Oshkosh Police Department, when the Officer attempted to make contact with this male, he resisted and tried to grab something from the front of his pants. He continued resisting arrest and was brought to the ground by officers. When taken into custody, a loaded handgun was located underneath his body. He is identified as a 17-year-old from N
