ATHENS, Ga. — ESPN's College GameDay will return to Athens next week as Georgia hosts Ole Miss, the UGA athletics department announced Sunday .

According to UGA Athletics, it's the 11th time the iconic ESPN college football preview show will air from Athens.

A release said the GameDay crew of Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Nick Saban will set up shop at Myers Quad on Saturday, Oct. 18 from 9 a.m. to noon ET for the show.

GameDay was last in Athens a little less than a year ago , for the game against Tennessee.

The No. 10 Dawgs (as of the last poll, with a new one set to come out Sunday) will head into the meeting with Ole Miss coming off Saturday night's 20-10 win over Auburn, while the No. 4 Rebels beat Washington State 24-21.
