Two West Lothian teenagers have been arrested following a disturbance and attempted theft in Linlithgow.

Officers were called to a premises on Blackness Road at around 10.40am on Sunday, October 12.

A 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old male youth were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

The 19-year-old man will appear in court at a later date, and the 16-year-old youth will be reported to the relevant authorities.

The authorities went on to thank the public, who assisted and supported their investigation.
