what that means: visitors are gonna use e-gates to scan their passport & take a picture and will no longer see a border agent

“The EES (Entry/Exit System) will gradually replace passport stamps with a digital system that records when travellers enter and exit, making border checks faster and helping staff to work more efficiently”
