Baton Rouge police continue to investigate a shooting that injured two people near LSU's campus during Saturday's homecoming football game.

Baton Rouge Police Department spokesperson Lt. L'Jean McKneely Jr. said Sunday afternoon that law enforcement is still investigating the shooting, and no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.

The shooting took place near Highland Road and Dalrymple Drive near LSU campus. A campus alert originally went out around 8:40 p.m.

East Baton Rouge Emergency Medical Services confirmed Saturday night that it transported two people to a hospital. BRPD said Sunday both sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
