Four months after millions turned out for “No Kings” protests across the nation, more of the pro-democracy protests are planned for this upcoming weekend, including ten in central Pa.
October 18 is listed as a day of nonviolent action on the “No Kings” website. The event is designed to push back on President Trump’s increasingly authoritarian “power grabs,” according to organizers.
The central Pa. protests earlier this year were peaceful. Some people opposed to the protests, however, drove cars into two crowds of protesters outside of the state.

Harrisburg , 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the State Capitol steps
Carlisle , 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at
