INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis Colts backup quarterback Anthony Richardson suffered an orbital fracture to his eye prior to Sunday's 31-27 victory over the Arizona Cardinals , according to coach Shane Steichen, and was a late scratch. Steichen said Richardson was hospitalized due to the injury and didn't provide any additional information after the game. Riley Leonard served as the backup quarterback. The team announced before the game it was due to a plyometric band that many players use to stretch prior to games.
