BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - The start of October has brought a lot of sunshine, warmer than average temperatures, and a lack of precipitation. This week, we should turn things around a little bit. More cloud cover, average to cooler than average temperatures, and a little bit of rainfall is expected this coming work week.

The developing system, which will bring a large amount of cloud cover and a few showers to Maine over the next few days, is a Nor’easter, with the center of the system sat down by the Carolinas on this Sunday afternoon. The Nor’easter has already brought clouds to New England but will also bring showers to some spots all the way up into Maine.
