LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - The atmosphere above remains dry above south Texas. There are some indications that a band of somewhat more moist air will briefly edge north from the gulf up the Rio Grande on Tuesday. This should make for more clouds which will hold temperatures in the upper 80’s to around 90. While I will watch the radar Tuesday for widely scattered showers, it appears as if most of any showers would be further south in the Lower Valley.
