PINE BLUFF, Ark. — The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff was celebrating more than just tradition during this year’s homecoming.

Marking 152 years of history, pride, and progress, UAPB embraced a season of transformation under new leadership and fresh investment in student success and the arts.

Dr. Anthony Graham, who began serving as chancellor earlier this year, is marking his first 100 days at the helm of the university. At the heart of his mission: accessibility.

The first things I observed, even before I arrived, were the love and passion for this institution —not only within this city but also across the state, this region, and nationally, Graham said.

Graham has made it a priority to be visible and approachable on campus.
