Mike Santana is the new TNA World Champion after defeating Trick Williams at Bound For Glory. The conclusion of the event saw multiple wrestlers attempt to use the Call Your Shot trophy to challenge the new champion.

The championship match, which saw Konnan accompany Santana to the ring, was a physical encounter. Early on, Trick Williams sling-shotted Santana face-first into the ring post, which cut Santana open. Williams then whipped Santana into the ring post a second time.

Williams took Santana to the ringside area where Santana’s daughter was seated in the front row. Williams asked her, “Who’s your daddy?” and was slapped by her in response. Back in the ring, Williams executed a Uranage on Santana from the top rope, which resulted in a near fall.
