MILWAUKEE -- The team that stands between the Dodgers and a return trip to the World Series is one that they were not able to beat in six tries during the regular season.

In the span of nine games in July, the Brewers went a perfect 6-0 against the Dodgers, becoming the third team on record to sweep L.A. in a season series of at least five games. Milwaukee would go on to end the year with the best record in baseball.

Even so, the Dodgers remain the favorites to win the World Series as they look to become the first team in a quarter century to repeat as champions. Regardless of what the odds say, they're not underestimating their NL Championship Series opponents , especially not after what they experienced during the regular season.
