A Delhi court on Monday ordered the framing of charges against RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife and former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, and son Tejashwi Yadav in connection with the IRCTC scam case.

The court directed that charges be framed against Lalu Yadav for criminal misconduct by a public servant and criminal conspiracy to commit cheating, while Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav will face charges of cheating and conspiracy to commit cheating.
