Cowboys loss to Panthers labeled 'disheartening'

The Dallas Cowboys once again faced an opposing offense that looked elite against their defense, resulting in a 30-27 loss to the Carolina Panthers on a day that will be remembered as the Rico Dowdle game.

Matt Eberflus' defense knew Rico was coming, and they couldn't stop him running all over them to the tune of 183 yards from a whopping 30 carries, as Dallas was beaten into submission, and what makes it worse was that Dak Prescott and the offense's performance was again for nothing.

Like George Pickens for example. He posted 168 yards and a touchdown, which now gives him six on the year, a career-high, and instead of celebrating what should be a good achievement, it's another emotion that No. 3 is feeling.
