Drivers are warned they could face fines and points over a 'dangerous' driveway manoeuvre.

This issue generally applies to those who live on busier roads, and are more likely to have to pull out of their driveways into busy traffic.

Motorists who were to pull out of their driveway directly into the path of oncoming traffic could be prosecuted for driving without due care and attention, and in more serious cases careless or even dangerous driving, if they were to cause a crash.
