Howrah ( Durgapur ) [India], October 13 (ANI): In the wake of the alleged gangrape of a medical student in West Bengal 's Durgapur , West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose conceded that such instances are on the rise in West Bengal . He stated that the government must take firm action, and stern measures would be taken to prevent such cases in the future.
