The Chicago Bears, coming off of an early bye week, will face the Washington Commanders on the road during Monday Night Football. The Bears have won their last two matchups, but we all remember what happened last time the Bears faced the Commanders.
The “Fail Mary” play that led the Commanders to an 18-15 victory over the Bears last season makes Monday’s matchup carry more weight as the Bears have the chance to prove what kind of team they are: one that loses by a fluke play that derails the rest of the season or one that doesn’t set their opponent up to make that play in the first place?
