Rich Dogra Traditions Reflected in Dogri “Mahila Kahani Paatth”

Jammu Oct 13: A day-long “Women’s Storytelling” program (Mahila Kahani Paatth) was organized by the Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages at K. L. Saigal Hall, Writers’ Club, Jammu. Nine prominent women short story writers read out their latest creations before an audience comprising eminent writers, scholars, and students. This was the first time that such a program was organized exclusively featuring women short story writers, whose works beautifully reflected the rich Dogra traditions and cultural ethos.
