Ferguson Marine has promoted non-executive director Duncan Anderson to interim chair.

This comes as current chair Andrew Miller is due to step down upon completion of his three-year term at the end of November.

Anderson was appointed in March and will work alongside Miller to ensure a smooth handover, while the recruitment of a permanent chair is ongoing.
